Security Service Sold to Paladin

Carecor has sold the assets of its Security Services division to Paladin Security Group (Ontario) Ltd. Paladin is one of the largest full-service organizations in Canada. With over 2,500 security specialists on staff, Paladin's services include provision of professionally trained security guards, security system design and installation, ULC Listed monitoring, and security consulting services to institutional, commercial and corporate clients. More importantly, the Paladin Security Group has extensive experience with healthcare facilities, and provides security guard services to over 50 acute care hospitals, long term care facilities and clinics in British Columbia and Alberta alone. Paladin's addition of the Carecor Security Services division will create a full-service, national security organization with nearly 3,000 employees, benefiting from the best practices of both companies. Carecor will continue to operate its Nursing Agency and its Transportation Services.
