Carecor Appoints New Director, Transportation Services

Carecor’s President, Robert Yeo, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Kobayashi as Carecor’s Director of Transportation Services effective December 1, 2008.

This appointment demonstrates Carecor’s continuing commitment to the growth and development of our healthcare-specific transportation service.  Mr. Kobayashi will be based in Carecor’s Toronto office. He will be responsible for overseeing all transportation services in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and will work with our local managers in these regions.

Tom has over 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector in Canada and the United States. Importantly, Tom was Provincial Transportation and Logistics Manager for MDS Laboratory Services and provided transportation consulting services to CML Healthcare Inc. He was also Director, Transportation and Fleet Services for Gamma-Dynacare Laboratories. In addition, Tom has had managerial positions with FedEx Canada, Pacific Western Transportation and Corporate Express Canada. Most recently, Tom was National Transportation Manager for IDEXX Laboratories.
