Happy New Year - to the Carecor Staff

January 1, 2010. 

The start of a new year brings the usual retrospectives of the past year and in this case the past decade. I don’t particularly enjoy them, since to me they focus on the past and not the future. I prefer looking ahead at the opportunities which present themselves to us as individuals and to our company. We all know that healthcare continues to change, and where there is change there is opportunity. If we have to look back, we may find that those of us with patience have been rewarded. Who was it that said, "Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead"? So let us use our patience to forge a better healthcare system, participate in the change that is inevitable, and seek opportunities in all that we do as individuals and employees. Let us not be impatient, but strategic. Let’s celebrate our successes – however large or small – and move ahead with a clear vision for the coming year.
