Another Contract Win at Rouge Valley Health System

January 16, 2012

Carecor is pleased to have been awarded the Transportation Services contract to transport patient food between the two sites of Rouge Valley Health System-the Centenary site in east Toronto and the Ajax and Pickering site in west Durham. The scope of the contract entails the scheduled pick-up and delivery of prepared patient food to and from the two sites in a large refrigerated truck on a daily basis.

Carecor Initiates Dedicated Physician Mail Service in the Hamilton Region

Effective October 3, 2011, Carecor Health Services Ltd. will begin providing dedicated next day mail and courier pickup and delivery services to the physician and healthcare communities of Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Grimsby, and Mount Hope.

This 7-day-a-week contract is a key component in the delivery of patient care at Trillium. Carecor Awarded Transportation Contract with Hamilton Health Sciences & St. Joseph’s Healthcare

Carecor Health Services is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Internal Transportation Services contract with Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) and St. Joseph's hospitals in Hamilton, Ontario, commencing March 1, 2010.

The scope of the contract encompasses pickup and delivery of express lab courier services, pharmaceuticals, central processing, health records, nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging, laundry and linens, and food and nutrition services.

William Osler Health Centre Minor Goods and Services (STAT Specimens) Courier Contract Awarded to Carecor

Carecor has been awarded the Minor Goods and Services contract with the William Osler Health Centre (Shared Services West) to transport emergency STAT laboratory specimens, blood products, pharmaceuticals, mail, supplies and other items on an emergency and STAT basis between the William Olser sites in Etobicoke and Brampton, and external organizations, such as Canadian Blood Services.

Laboratory Courier Services (Kingston Public Health Laboratory) Awarded to Carecor

Carecor has been awarded the Laboratory Courier Services (Kingston Public Health Laboratory) to transport laboratory specimens, water samples, pharmaceuticals, mail, supplies and other items in the Kingston and surrounding areas. The contract commences August 1, 2009.  "We were excited to be awarded this contract in eastern Ontario and playing an important role in the delivery of efficient and high quality patient care", said Tom Kobayashi, Carecor's Director Transportation Services.
