Working in Carecor's main office in downtown Toronto for the Transportation Services Division, the Dispatcher promptly and accurately receives client courier orders and dispatches Same Day/Rush courier drivers using the software applications Courier Complete and Fleet Complete.
From our offices in Downtown Toronto, this individual will manage all aspects of Carecor's Transportation Dispatch Centre, provide Quality Assurance metrics, undertake Fleet Management and Employee File Management activities, supervise drivers in the Greater Toronto Area, interact with clients, and support Health and Safety initiatives.
The courier is responsible for transporting mail, lab specimens, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, medical reports and other health care related items in an efficient, dependable, punctual, proper, safe and professional manner.
