The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) is required for a temporary 6 week assignment in Chapleau, Ontario.  The RPN will be providing care for residents in a 25 bed LTC unit with an assignment of 6-8 residents. The contract will be for a minimum of 6 weeks full time up to a maximum of 3 months.

The Registered Practial Nurse working in Mental Health provides direct patient care in a variety of mental health and acute care facility settings. Types of mental health units include: geriatric, adult, youth and child mental health units, forensic units, inpatient and outpatient units, emergency crisis units, dual diagnosis, and alchohol/substance withdrawal units.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care in an emergency department setting.

The Registered Nurse working on a medical /surgical unit is responsible for providing care in a variety of acute care settings including medical units, surgical units, rehabilitation units, and complex continuing care.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care in an emergency department setting.

The Registered Practical Nurse is responsible for providing care in an emergency department setting.

The Registered Nurse is responsigble for providing care in various intensive care unit settings.

The RN working in a Long Term Care facility is responsible for providing care to a variety of residents in different LTC settings in accordance with Ministry standards.
