Khadija’s passion and interest in finding the right talent for their perfect role is one that allows her to be successful. She has a keen interest in healthcare due to the nature of the positions and the kind of work that healthcare professionals can offer. Khadija believes that healthcare workers are the foundation of our community and being able to provide any sort of work for these individuals is truly rewarding.
Khadija’s passion for finding the right talent has encouraged her to continue her education where she hopes to complete a Diploma in Human Resource Management at McMaster University, with the hopes of passing her Certified Human Resource Professional Exams.
