Accessibility

Carecor is committed to providing access to services for employees and clients that accommodates the needs of all individuals, including those with disabilities. We have developed a policy and a set of procedures to ensure our compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Acts (AODA), 2005. We strongly support this initiative.

Carecor staff has received training on practices and procedures that reflect the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service; such as, accommodating persons who use support persons or animals, persons who use assistive devices, persons who need help with communication. It is our goal to remove any barriers that keep someone with a disability from receiving access to services.

A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises. There is no fee charged for the support person.

We welcome feedback from you on the accessibility services provided by Carecor Health Services. You can provide your comments by letter, telephone or by email at info@carecor.com.

Our Policy and Procedure on Accessilibity Standard for Customer Service is available upon request. Please contact us by any of the above methods if you require assistance to use Carecor’s services. We will respond promptly.
