Where you’ll be working
Our people enjoy assignments in hospitals, long term care facilities, retirement homes, and even screening clinics. You choose the type of facility you prefer to work in and we’ll find the shift to suit your needs. We are always offering new and exciting places to work, so check out our job opportunities and set a job alert. We’ll notify you by email of new openings!
Before graduating from school, we provide you with an offer to work in acute care rather than the traditional community, long-term care, and private care settings.
We recognize the hard work it takes to become integral in today’s healthcare system. In contribution to the profession, we’re pleased to provide the opportunity for a $1000 scholarship each year.
Best-in-class Employee Experience
Whether on-shift or enjoying time with friends and family, we aim to provide you with a best-in-class employee experience. At facilities, Carecor’s healthcare staff supervisors act as on-site liaisons between the facility charge nurses, clinical educators, and healthcare providers to ensure you have the best experience on shift. Because we care about your financial health and wellbeing, we proudly offer an employee group benefit program to help take care of your family’s health, dental, and life insurance needs.
Experience & Certification
We require care team assistants to hold a Continuing Care Assistant/Care Team Assistant (CCA/CTA) certificate.
