Quality Assurance

From the recruitment process to orientation and continual training, our consistency and quality care standards have made us the first choice not only of our clients, but of patient care providers.

Our hiring and credentialing practices are rigorous – only the best become Carecor staff. We ensure successful candidates have the skills, training, and proper credentials in place for regular and specialty healthcare areas. This includes verification of current, unrestricted registration with the appropriate professional regulatory college. We conduct thorough reference checks and verify skills and training. Additionally, all of our staff must pass vulnerable sector police background checks.

Once hired, our staff is required – at Carecor’s expense – to attend facility orientation and equipment seminars to ensure they are trained and prepared to work within our client partner environments. Additionally, we maintain close contact with our employees, delivering required information/critical updates, skills training, and e-learning modules.

To maintain standards, Carecor healthcare staff supervisors provide our people with on-site support. The sole role of these Carecor nurses is to act as on-site liaisons between the facility charge nurses, clinical educators, and healthcare providers to ensure our people have the right tools to succeed. On a daily basis, they visit our contracted facilities to champion and encourage the exemplary level of customer service we are known for. On-site facility supervision, preceptorship, and ongoing training are just some of the things they do to ensure our people deliver the quality service we are known for.
