Experience & Certification
We pride ourselves on upholding quality standards as set forth by Accreditation Canada and the facilities we serve. Prior to starting work with us, you are required to hold a professional college registration (i.e. College of Nurses of Ontario) which is in good standing for the respective Canadian province where you will be working.
The acute healthcare facility work experience we require differs based upon the contractual agreement we have with our various clients. For instance, Ontario facilities require a registered nurse (RN) to have completed 1500 hours in an acute healthcare facility in order for us to place them on assignment there. In Nova Scotia, our facilities welcome recently graduated RNs.
