Employee Referral Program

Referral Bonus Amounts

This lump sum payment program pays to the referring Carecor employee once their referred individual has worked 72 hours. If an employee refers a Nurse (RN, RPN, or LPN), that referred individual will also receive a lump sum payment.

You can refer as many people as you like!

*Referring employees will be paid the corresponding referral bonus amount (less applicable taxes and withholding deductions)

Qualifications

  • The program is open to current and past Carecor healthcare employees who refer a candidate who is successfully hired by Carecor into an one of the following patient care positions:
    • Patient Attendant
    • Sitter
    • Observational Care Provider
    • Personal Support Worker
    • Care Team Assistant
    • Registered Practical Nurse
    • Licenced Practical Nurse
    • Registered Nurse
  • Family members of Carecor healthcare employees and office staff are not eligible to participate in the program.
  • Carecor leadership/management/recruiters and members of their families are not eligible to participate in the program.

Conditions

  1. Participants can refer individuals for any Carecor patient care job category.
  2. There is no limit to the number of individuals that a participant can refer.
  3. Referred candidate must apply online to one of our patient care job opportunities and complete the ‘Referred By’ field when prompted in their application. Only one (1) Carecor employee can be listed in the ‘Referred By’ field. Listing of multiple Carecor employees in the ‘Referred By’ field will void eligibility to participate in the program.
  4. There is no guarantee that the individuals referred will be hired by Carecor. Referred individuals must still meet Carecor hiring criteria.
  5. Depending on the capacity (full-time/part-time/casual) and job category hired for, the referred employee must work a pre-determined number of hours before payment is made to the referring Carecor employee.
  6. Training hours are not counted as worked hours by the referred employee.
  7. Referral payments are taxable and subject to withholding deductions.
  8. Referral payments will only be paid on referrals of individuals who have never worked for Carecor in the past.
  9. Carecor has the right to cancel or change the details of the program at any time.
  10. Carecor must have open positions available at the time of referral.
  11. Candidates are required to provide the name of the Carecor employee who referred them during the interview. All submissions after that will not be considered.
