Alicia graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Psychology. She returned to Saint Mary’s University to obtain her Certificate in Human Resources in 2021. With years of background in customer service, she knew she wanted to work with people and provide exceptional experiences to others.
Alicia has worked in human resources since obtaining certification in the field and is passionate about helping people realize their potential. Working in the healthcare field came naturally as her goal has always been to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
