Staffing Office Supervisor
Gerby immigrated to Halifax, Nova Scotia from the Philippines in 2011. She worked various customer service jobs since then and joined Carecor in 2019 as a staffing coordinator. Bringing her years of experience in customer service, she was able to build exceptional relationship with both clients and staff making her an integral part of our team.
Gerby became the staffing office supervisor in 2022. As a supervisor, she is committed on providing the staffing coordinators all the support and help they need daily. She also provides support to the healthcare staff supervisors by taking on the task of scheduling unit orientations for new/transitioning staff. She appreciates the opportunity of being able to help staff on transitioning smoothly from orientation to working shifts independently. Whenever needed, Gerby also assists the staffing office manager on solving day to day issues.
