Healthcare recruitment has been the most rewarding and fulfilling journey for Shailly Lal, for she has proven to make a difference in the lives of many by hiring caring, committed, and diligent Healthcare Professionals for whom patient care is her utmost priority.
Shailly started her journey as a Healthcare Recruiter for a home healthcare company, hiring PSWs, RNs, RPNs and HCAs for various Long Term Facilities, Retirement Homes and Community Services across Ontario. She worked with them for four years, sourcing and retaining the best talent. Shailly worked rigorously and efficiently during COVID-19 and continued to hire despite several obstacles.
Shailly Came on board Bayshore as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the CNC Project (Creating Nursing Capacity), and the project was a huge success. She partnered with 11 Bayshore branches through hiring syncs to understand the hiring needs and the prerequisites. Shailly hired and retained quality nurses for foot care, pediatric, diabetic, schools, prenatal, maternity, and other community nursing services.
