Healthcare Staff Supervisor
After graduating from Dalhousie University in 2013 with a double major in Environmental Science and Biology, Shane moved to Toronto to experience something bigger. After realizing Halifax was where he was meant to be, he discovered his passion was within Healthcare, which led him to a Diploma of Continuing Care through NSCC.
With 6 years of experience in the ICU and 1 year in Long Term Care, Shane knew he wanted to educate and train to inspire passion in patient care. Shane brings a variety of skills from education and training, as well as advanced knowledge in hospital care, particularly in the ICU, and patient safety, having served as a Safety Officer. Shane is excited to bring previous experiences and passions to provide staff with the utmost support and help them understand their love.
